Organizations We Love

  • We recommend Sunrise Landscape Professionals as a great choice for new families to outsource their landscaping and yard maintenance needs while their hands are full with new babies.

  • Decriminalize Sex Work is a nonprofit advocacy group working to end the prohibition of consensual adult prostitution in the United States. DSW works with local organizations, advocates, and lobbyists to build community support as they work to convince legislators to reject harmful legislative efforts like the Equality Model and fully decriminalize prostitution-related activities. Extensive evidence shows that decriminalizing sex work can help to reduce human trafficking, benefit public health, and increase community safety.

  • Many birth injuries are the result of medical negligence before, during, or after labor and delivery. Learning birth injury causes, signs, and treatments can empower and guide you as you take action to help your child. Some common birth injuries include, cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, brain damage, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intrauterine fetal demise, newborn jaundice, kernicterus, newborn cephalohematoma, spinal cord injuries, and vacuum extraction injuries.

After receiving a birth injury diagnosis, you may have many questions on how to provide the best care for your child. Fortunately, there are many medical, emotional and financial resources you can access. These resources can provide a comprehensive care plan not just for your child, but for an entire family affected by a birth injury.

We hope you will explore The Birth Injury Justice Center website to learn more.
